Tracy Armstrong channels her passion for colour, movement, and layers to create textured and expressive abstract art. She is drawn to the organic patterns found in water, land and rock as well as the endless palette of Canada's changing seasons. Tracy incorporates found objects and recycled materials with paint to create texture that pops off the canvas, adding a grity and tactile element to her abstracted landscapes. Her ultimate goal is to reveal natures simplicity and abundance on canvas.

Tracy paints in both her studio in Ottawa and in the Land-of-Lakes region of Ontario. Her art hangs in private and corporate collections across Canada and the United States.
